
Mark Sexauer was born and raised in Seattle Washington where he continues to live with his wife and daughter. Mark has been intrigued by the bar industry from the age of 18 and started bartending in 2006 at the age of 24 when he helped take over a dive bar in Everett Washington called The Anchor Pub. Although the clientele at the bar, for the most part, would rather have P.B.R. or Busch then an amazing cocktail, he continues to experiment behind the bar… this is a journal of those experiments.
