I have been intrigued by the bar industry from the age of 18 and started bartending in 2006 at the age of 24 when I helped take over a dive bar in Everett, Washington called The Anchor Pub. After running the bar for almost three years I have since sold and currently bartend at Barrio, in Bellevue. I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington where I continue to live with my beautiful wife and daughter.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY OLD MAN! HEHE
10/21 ♥
Hey…I’m finally checking out your blog! Not bad kid. Keep up the good work!
Just read your entry on simple syrup from about a year ago. Adding cream of tartar–I never would have thought of that. Very cool idea; thank you!
I just wanted to say thanks about your article on cheers because I found this brass bell with a bottle opener on top and all these words written that I couldn’t understand but knew they were all different languages! There are still only 2 words I can’t figure out and maybe you might know….Hoot Mon….Nazdar…which I think is different from Nazdrove the Russian word for cheers! Thanks! G
very interesting blog – I like the Fig-Sangria.
Thanks for your input!
Hey, great to meet you at the Crush dinner on Thursday! Extremely overdue to visit Barrio, so will have to give their tequilas a visit on Monday!
